Anwar Charged with Sodomy Again?

ANWAR PRESS STATEMENT

June 29, 2008, Shah Alam

The police report lodged against me earlier today is a complete fabrication. I believe we are witnessing a repeat of the methods used against me in 1998 when false allegations were made under duress. This is clearly a desperate attempt by the Barisan Nasional regime to arrest the movement of the Malaysian people towards freedom, democracy and justice.

The report has been organised by interested parties to attack me in retaliation for evidence I have recently obtained implicating IGP Musa Hassan and the AG Gani Patail in misconduct including fabrication of evidence in the cases launched against me in 1998-1999. This vile attack will not prevent me from releasing this dossier to the public.

I urge the Malaysian people to stand against the repressive forces that will be unleashed by the government in the coming days and weeks. We expect the media, the judiciary and the police force to all come under the direct and unchecked control of the executive.

My fellow Malaysians - we took a bold step forward on March 8th towards a new dawn for freedom and justice for all of our citizens. This people’s movement for change must go on with all of our strength and conviction.

What does our Prime Minister, Abdullah Badawi has to say about it?

From BERNAMA:
“What Anwar has said is not for us to decide. He will surely deny. Normally, it’s like that. The accused will normally deny the allegation,” says Abdullah Badawi.

Wow, one cannot help but to admire his power of observation. So the accused will normally deny the allegation eh.

Let’s consider a few interesting allegations.

First:

Anwar says, “This is clearly a desperate attempt by the Barisan Nasional regime to arrest the movement of the Malaysian people towards freedom, democracy and justice.”

Abdullah says, “Umno has no intention to disturb him in this way. BN also does not intend to give him problems, to disturb him, create problems like this or to do something bad to him.

“There is no intention like this…it never crossed my mind at all to betray him. I and my friends, Datuk (Seri) Najib (Tun Razak) also harboured no such intentions. The person concerned wants to lodge a report, what can we do, what else. He has the right to lodge a report. We cannot stop him from doing so. “We don’t have any plan to do something to him (Anwar) because he said he has made a political comeback,”

Second:

RPK says, “I have further been reliably informed that Prime Minister, Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has received a written report from the Military Intelligence confirming what I have revealed above and that the report was subsequently handed over to his son-in-law, Khairy Jamaluddin, for safe-keeping.”

Abdullah says, “No… I do not remember receiving anything and am confident that I did not receive anything. Nothing was sent to me.”

Hmmm.. so the accused always deny the allegations eh.

Piggy Bank, Deloitte, Laundry

do that pout thang!

proof that I aint good in holding cam

I've been wondering what I've been doing for the past one week but nothing much actually. Okey now I'm totally broke and I've to figure out how to earn money. Crack my piggy bank? nah. Withdraw money? nah. Perhaps just keep asking from parents eh?

Anyway, I received a phone call from Sunway College the day before and I got an offer to work at Deloitte or BDO to do ICAEW. The interview is scheduled this Monday. It's a 5 years contract and I'm expected to work and study at the same time. Giler tak cool! By the age of 24 I'll look like a grandpa with wrinkles all over my face hahaha. But after much consideration I'll stick to my orginal plan, that's to finish ACCA Part2 here and proceed with ACCA Part3 in England and work there for good. Yup hopefully everything will work according to plan.

It will always be a last minute plan. Nazirah and Zharif couldn't make it. Same goes to Aisyah. And Hema, Satesh, Aidil, Fara Elisa to name a few. But anyway I had a good time. Went to Laundry Bar just now. Didn't look that pack and it was raining anyway. Aiman Bomb drove me and Raja Izzati. gees, i haven't met raja for 6 years! Met aiman's friends over there. Umyra was there also.

anyway, do u knw hot to get MTV Asia Awards pass eh?

Okey chow gotta sleep. Zzzzzz

Emergency Call from Ain Ul

Wake up early in the morning during college holidays is impossible for me especially when you sleep at 3am last night. I don't have any alarm clocks and if I were to have one I might as well keep in the drawer. I was awaken in the morning on thursday by a message from Ain Ul at 8.20am. The message ringtone was blended by the alarm signal of my Sony Ericsson and this time I snoozed it again. I was barely able open to open my eyes when I read the message.

Rashaadd. do u have classes. i in desperate need of help. i've called a number of frens already. i need to get bck to college. its a longgg story.

I didn't know who she was. I thought she must be Sofea since she lives in a college but the msg was from a different number. Okey I thought she was a girl too since she used plain English which normally my guy friends wouldn't. But I was wrong. It was from Ain Ul! Oh god, how come I've forgotten her number! And when I looked at the message, I was supposed to get it by 7.40am and at that time was 8.20am! I quickly replied to her ... Oh god. Sorry ainul! To kyuem now? Now? and she replied ASAP.

I just woke up. Give me 30 minutes. Possible? Wheres ur hse? ... 30 minutes would be sufficent I thought from shah alam to pj. But does it take me that long to arrive there? I mean there's no taffic jam ... buck heck, 30 minutes is damn long!

I immediately took my shower, and settled everything.

By that time, she was on the way already in a cab to Sungai Buloh. She said her friend would pick her up there. I don't mind picking her up at rnr sg buloh as she has suggested it. I gave her a call, she said everything was fine and she managed to arrive there and she followed her friend.

Sigh. If only I sleep early last night and wake up fresh then I might be able to help her to drive her to kyuem. ... and oh btw, the emergency thing was she had a graduation rehearsal

The Thing

You might be wondering what I'm up to for the last few days. Where I've been missing. What I'm doing. Maybe I'm wrong, perhaps you're not wondering at all. If that the case, you better be anywhere else but my blog. But on the off chance that you might noticed for my absence and please accept my apologies for not posting a very well good topic lately. Maybe due to lack of ideas or maybe I'm just too lazy.

To tell you the truth I feel naked without touching any books for the past one week. Er, that's exaggeration. But really, I mean it in a particular sort of way. Heck, that what I'm used to. Nevertheless, I occupied myself with Danielle Steel's 1982 Now & Forever. I was browsing to my dad's office last week and I caught a glimpse of the novel that attracted me so much in the dusty shelves. The novel was written even before I was born. I was amazed by the storyline and the author has a signature touch that keeps me reading on and on. Er, I'm on Chapter XXV anyway, there's more to go.

A strange thing happened to me the other day. I can't remember when exactly it happened, but it is still fresh in mind. I was very fast asleep that day and I was awaken in the middle of the night. It was a total darkness. It was like half dead, half alive. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't and my body was laying motionless. I was lying on the bed like a stone. I was unable to move any parts of my body. I was surpressed by a thing. Every breath I took was determined by the unforeseen thing on me. I didn't have any strength to fight. Powerless. I was being hempap.

It happened to me twice. The same bed at home. When it happened to me I didn't have the thought of reciting Ayatul Kursi. It happened just like that. And it occured to me to ask mum about hempap. She said it is normal for growing up teenagers to face this problem which I'm very concerned about. It happened to her also during her teen years and so does my friends. I know this thing exists but does it occur to the non Muslim as well? I wonder ...
I think it's a norm that it happens at old places. Not haunted but keras. Like mrsm jasin, mckk and tkc. But to think of it again, it can happen anywhere. It's possible even when we are in the era of glabalisation and modernisation. Things happen for a reason and there's a reason lies beneath it.

7 days of bad luck

shit happens lately. it happens everyday but blimey it just happened last saturday! as usual i'll be having an appointment with the dermatologist monthly. i was unlucky that particular day. i couldnt get a parking so i parked my car behind demc. okey i thought it was safe. so i went straight to the hospital, went to the registration counter and got my number. after i'd been called up, met the doctor, i immediately went to my car. i was walking down the road when suddenly i saw a ticket summon at the window screen!!! bugger betol! who ever that mbsa guy who did this seriously mmg dumb ass. wouldn't u want to go somewhere else instead of behind demc? wtf. carilah rezeki kat tempat laen! not there. i was also quite dumb, i thought i wouldnt get a summon. to my horror i saw almost all the cars got the summons! wacko man that mbsa guy. i was quite surprised actually. but heck i got fined for rm50! this is my first offence. damn crazy like ass. dah la petrol naek and i'm burdened by this fine. went back home to ma n pa, they were mad ... like this is my only first time .. sigh. yeah because nak save rm1, kene bayar rm50 plak.

i thought with exams just around the mamak corner, i'd be glad and hope that i would not get into trouble .... but too bad. yesterday i was on my way from clg to shah alam. i took glanmarie as i didn't need to pay toll. the journey went pretty smooth until i reached Persiaran Sukan what ever that name is .. it's under the bridge near tesco plus. i was on my my left lane and i went to a corner. i've been maintaining in that lane ever since .suddenly a car from the right lane masuk my lane in a high definite speed. BANG! i coulnt stop. i immediately stopped the car but i couldn't open the door. i tried to push it but the door was only half opened. i mean that proton car hit the bumper of my car and it had impact on the door. so i passed slip trough the door. babi that celaka guy! i was damn pissed off. it was 7.10pm at that time near maghrib. ielah i was on my left lane and celah mane masuk from right to left. fucker la. i took his hp number, pictures of the damaged part of my car and his. i rang my dad. he made it about 10 minutes later. and immediately went to police station section 11.

so i made the police report there. dat celaka guy arrived after me. i waited there like one hour something. tired, hungry, exhausted. my tax is tomorrow damn u whore. so dat celaka guy and i went inside the police office. we were defending our rights. he told his story. i told mine. it was not unequivocal. i said i was in my left lane. and that guy was in the right and he said he's way was 'right as in betol'. fucker la u. actually there's 3 lanes merged into 2 lanes under the bridge. it has always been like dat. and many cases have been reported where the situation is like us according to the officer. in the end, he couldnt settle the case. it was a win-win situation. the case couldnt be resolved. instead the other option is go to the court and settle our case, it definitely cost more than rm10k. so the police officer didnt fine us. thank god. we had to claim our insurance ourselves.

dont ask about audit and tax. it went horribly wrong for audit. damn it. tax was okay but not as hard as audit. i beginning to hate this course. acca is on the way. sigh. i see my friends are now doing degree in accountancy and business relax je.their semester break about 3 months! i only got 3 weeks! if i'd known that this course would be so stressful i would have accepted Nottingham offer instead. maybe i should stop complaining and move ahead.

okey i'm off to watch prom night, long kong2, kungfu panda and the happening.
cheers.
